About me

After 15 years cooking for the rich and famous aboard their yachts in every ‘perfect’ location around the world it was time to settle down and I chose the South of France. Shortly after starting a catering business with a friend, both my parents became ill and after their conventional treatments, decided to take a more natural approach only to be faced with a huge amount of conflicting advice. I realised that to make an informed choice as to what to follow in diet and lifestyle, one of us had to become ‘informed’ and I decided to study nutrition with emphasis on supporting clients in managing their symptoms of cancer and/or any side effects from conventional treatment. My parents radically changed their diet and lifestyle and now, more than five years on are fit & healthy!

Four years later, feeling far more informed I aim to combine both my passion for food and nutrition by advising diet, lifestyle and cooking techniques to support health and balance in my clients’ everyday lives.

completed a 4 year course and graduated with a Diploma (DipION) from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London which was started over 30 years ago by Patrick Holford, nutrition guru and author. As a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CHNC), you can be assured I keep up to date with the latest scientific research to help you negotiate the latest trends in health and nutrition.
