During the first couple of years of being a therapist, I worked with patients with many different issues and I still won’t say no to helping anyone who needs it but my area of special interest is cancer and cancer prevention also female hormonal issues as unfortunately many of these can end up with a cancer diagnosis.

I like to work with clients who are ready and willing to make changes in their life to improve their health – even if you need you hand held!

After looking at your history, issues, symptoms and goals we will make a plan together to get you on the right path. Nutritional therapy is a marathon, not a sprint so we take it slowly making gradually achievable changes without overwhelm; these changes may include diet, lifestyle, exercise plans, stress reduction and sleep practices.
I may ask you to do some tests and/or suggest some supplements.

I like to work with clients for 3 months initially and propose 3 programs of varying contact time and top up options OR if you feel you just need a ‘quick hit’ or a ‘refresher’, à la carte is now available.
